Perfect location, close to a lot of activities, in house lounge and restaurant. Staff was always helpful.

The hotel was very clean and in a great location, within walking distance of the metro. The staff were super friendly and helpful. My daughter lost a toy in the hotel and a day later they knocked on my door, having found it. I didn’t report it lost but they still went to the trouble of reaching out to us with it. The reception staff were great but a special thank you must go to Midhun, the lifeguard at their roof top pool. He was really friendly, with him even spending the time to teach my daughter how to swim. As we left the pool he was there with towels and couldn’t have been nicer to us.

Nice and comfortable rooms with good location, staff is really helpful and caters to you, i had made a mistake in my last stay here with the wrong booking date and a non refundable payment but the staff helped me out and didn’t charge me for the extra day, they even helped me for my request of a smart tv which is important for my weekend stay

Hotel location is extremely ideal, Room was very clean and comfortable and i enjoyed coming to this location whenever i visited. Faizan and Daniyal at reception are super professional and they knew how to deal with customers. I will recommend this property to other friends. 10/10 for super service.

"Friendly and personal service The staff were all very friendly and helpful and no request for assistance was a problem for them. The hotel is well situated, being close to shopping, transport, and the tourist sites. We would definitely stay there again. Thanks to ANGELICA at the reception desk she’s such a wonderful and nice lady she attend to us properly not keep us waiting when check in and checked out we appreciate your service. See you soon 👍👍👍
